Join Amy, in this live workshop and safe space, where you can share, learn, heal and connect. You receive private support from Amy and the other participants, who may be going through similar experiences. Amy will give you a mindful road map and neuroscience-based tools to help you move forward in the world with renewed direction and healthy self-confidence.

Group Coaching for Healing and Thriving
Life-changing support and coaching for you in a small virtual group setting, in eight calls (50 minutes via zoom) over eight weeks. I guide you through the steps - the minefields and the milestones - of navigating a respectful separation/divorce. We cover topics such as prioritizing your kids, establishing healthy boundaries with your ex-partner, as well, we navigate your physical and mental wellbeing, and ultimately how to create the life and future relationships you want. You can contribute as much or as little as you like during our group sessions and it is optional to join a group support chat.
